This is what you will have to do, this is very expensive, you will have to pay for a premium plan with costs you  like $60, and then you have to have a developers account, for apple it costs $99 as an annual fee for just creating an account. the reason for this is the fact that apple want to make more money, yes, but also they think that your doing this to make money not just for the sake of it. its cheaper doing it yourself, and if you have a jailbreak iPhone or iPad or iPod then its all free, if you want to know how to do that search up on you tube, How to add an app on an PC to iPod.. for doing it yourself please make an app and read it your self.
